REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted unless specifically detailed in the contract of rental/purchase (with proof of purchase). Absolutely no refunds or exchanges during the period October 1st to November 1st in every year. No refunds or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Non refundable deposits are as written..they are not refundable or transferrable.
COSTUME RENTALS
Renters must be at least 18 years of age or older, must have a valid driver's license or proof of ID, and a credit card for security. All rentals must be paid in full before the rental is removed from the store. There are various other terms of rental which will be outlined in the rental contract which you will be required to sign. A security deposit or credit card authorization must be provided before the rentals are removed from the store. Rentals are generally for a 48 hour period. More days may be requested at an additional cost. Rental items returned late, damaged or with pieces missing will be subject to a charge. There are no refunds or exchanges on rental items. Deposits are non refundable or transferrable.
PARTY RENTALS
$150 MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTY RENTAL ORDERS (before tax and delivery..no exceptions) . SORRY, WE DO NOT OFFER PICKUP AT OUR STORE LOCATION. ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO A DELIVERY CHARGE AND MUST SIGN A RENTAL CONTRACT.
MIN ORDERS:
TABLEWEAR/FLATWARE MUST BE ORDERED IN QUANTITIES OF 5 (min order 25 pcs).
CHAMPAGNE FLUTES - come in packs of 30 only.
8 OZ WINE GLASSES -come in packs of 20 only
CHARITABLE DONATIONS
We do not provide donations of any kind for fund raisers, church, school or other organizational events. We will only accept requests from registered charities and only 2 charities per year are chosen. If you wish your charity to be considered, you must submit your request between the months of July and October in order to be considered for the following year. If you are not an Ontario registered charity, please do not submit a donation request.
BOUNCY CASTLE RENTALS
Please ensure you have the proper square footage and ceiling clearance for the bouncy castles. No refunds will be permitted if the bouncer does not fit. Bouncers can only be cancelled at either party's request due to inclement weather and for no other reason (illness, cancellation of party, etc). Once the driver attends the location, no refunds or compensation are permitted . Please ensure all individuals using the bouncy castle abide by the rules and conditions we have provided. No adults permitted on the apparatus unless it's in the event of an emergency. Times for delivery and pickup outlined in the contract and/or confirmed by our representative(s) are approximate scheduled times and not precise times of delivery.
LAWN SIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are not being charged for the balloons that go with the display package
They are a BONUS. Being exposed to the outdoor elements, they may not last as long as they would indoors. Occasionally the balloons may pop, break, or float away. Sorry, they will not be replaced. All signs are put up weather permitting. If we cannot put up your sign due to bad weather, we will gladly refund your money or make alternative arrangements. We are NOT responsible nor will we issue out compensation or refunds for fallen or leaning signs due to strong wind or rain. The signboards are not included with the rental. Only baby announcement signboards are included in the price of the lawn service which we will leave at your front door at the end of the rental period. However, in the event that it gets broken we will not replace it. If it is very windy, you are advised to take off the signboard until the winds calm down. If for some reason you feel you need to put the sign in you garage, beside your home or in the back yard , you must advise us so we can make arrangements to pick it up (or advise the person you got the sign for). If we do not find the sign there at the time of pick up and it is in the garage and/or yard , there will be a $25 surcharge for local deliveries and $50 for all other areas. Please understand it costs us time and gas for us to revisit the location . |
